You can be a member of the community by commenting on articles and participating in the forums.  All we ask is that you be civil and try to keep your post within the original topic.  That will make it easier for everyone to find the kind of good, quality information that they are looking for.

If you want to change the subject, start a new thread.  As long as it is relevant to the forum section, it will be allowed.  There is a "Miscellaneous" forum for all topics that don't fall into the other categories.
